About Adrian
My name is Coach White. Coaching youth sports is my passion. Out of that passion, I established a youth basketball program. I’m the President and CEO of Greensboro Hawks and Gladiators Elite Basketball Programs, a subsidiary of Youth N Motion. Now apart of NCAAU Gladiators Elite We focus on discipline, motivation, team work, and sportsmanship while building confidence in all our youth.
As a native of New York City, I moved to Virginia in 1998 to attend Norfolk State University where I played Division II basketball. While in Virginia, I began coaching youth sports - Pop Warner and AYF (American Youth Football) leagues. As one of the founders of the Norfolk Saints, we introduced travel football to the Norfolk area. The Saints won three national championships in 2001, 2002, and 2004. The organization was built on a solid foundation and is still going strong today!! I am very proud to say my program has been recognized by Governor Kenneth Cooper in 2005 for outstanding community service, The Boys and Girls Club, and several middle schools for our tutoring assistance.
I learn teaching, Devoloping untap talents, Watching growth on athletes I work with.
My son wanted to play sports at age 10 and when he tried out for football team he was scared to get hit, But was so fast, I decided then to work with him I studied the game more watched film. and was giving a whole team to Coach after my son made the team as a starter the following season. rest is history with 7 titles
I have Coach football, baseball. and Basketball for over 18years. I played ball threw out school won Nationals competitions.

Coach White has helped our son significantly improve his overall basketball IQ and develop as a player. Coach brings expectations to each session and pushes players to meet those expectations. We have found at previous places that a love of basketball and knowledge of the game doesn't always translate into a great coach/trainer. Coach White has the skill set needed to be a great trainer. We feel grateful to have found this program.
