About Mack

I specialize in both training basketball athletes as well as in personal training and body recomposition. I have experience of over 7 years of training and have worked with all kinds of clients and athletes from young kids to older adults, from novice players to professionals.

I pride myself on being the best I can be so we can bring out the best in you.

I have always loved basketball and want to pass that love and knowledge on to younger kids who are hungry to improve their skills and get to the next level whatever that may be.

I have been basketball training since 2017, and have helped run summer skills for the RAHS boys basketball program and their Fall skills clinics.

I graduated from RAHS in 2013 after setting numerous records, and went on to play at The University of Sioux Falls for 4 years setting the scoring record upon graduation. After college I played some semi-pro basketball in Iowa, and I have played professionally in Spain and Mexico.

I was not always the most skilled player growing up so I understand what it takes to reach success at many different levels and want my players to get a head start more than I had.
