About Anthony
My service is personalized and unique to each client. I do this by making each session a fully packed quality session. We will focus on your desired areas while building more mental resistance and muscle recovery adding more agility to your future play.
I love sports, fitness, and most of all helping others. Seeing the satisfaction on those I assist is most rewarding ESPECIALLY when you know first hand the difficulty and discipline it took to achieve our goals. It's not work it's passion. I've played Basketball, Baseball, Cross Fit and fitness trained for over 12 yrs. Working with individuals of all ages assist my experience and inspires me.
I was proposed with the suggestion from student, collegues, and coaches based on my passion and performance in the sport. I became more interested as I became older and searched for a career that aligned my passions and my talents.
I have Nutrition training and Collegate Sports experience. I am currently a Adult legue player and in the process of building a performance center for wellness and sports improvement. I have a team of 5 other coaches specializing in sports performance training. I have also spent 4 yrs coaching in both basketball and baseball youth the ages 13-17.

My focus is age and desire based; Defense and Contact Hitting for 12-16yr old players and Pitching and Strength/ Conditioning for 15-30yrs. I do this by Spending the 1st session practicing basic fundimentals of the sport to access their stregths and weaknesses. we follow up eith each session targeting Cardio building excercises, muscle contrtol and balance, dicipline techniques, and end with recovery training to build resistance and durability
Mainly youth 12-17 in Queensbridge, Harlem, Bronx, Far Rockaway, and Astoria NY
All Coaches, Teachers and Instructors are there for YOUR growth, production and time. When choosing the right one, select based on the goals your wish to achieve and the level of assistance you will need to get there. Personalized help can be more controlled than larger groups.
