About Anyssa

I strive to provide knowledge, and assist young athletes in developing their core fundamentals and overall game. My services have no age or skill requirements, I will work with anyone willing to put in the work.

I enjoy the importance of my career, as well as being able to see my athletes grow and develop on and off the court. Working with a variety of youth looking to improve their skill or even beginners interested in giving basketball a shot, both are equally exciting and fulfilling.

I am a former collegiate athlete, Graduating from Rowan University. Throughout my four years I accumulated over 1,000 points and received a collection of accolades and awards. I also played two years of professional basketball overseas in Puerto Rico.

First sessions with new cleints always consists of a physical evaluation of skill and IQ. From there, I can collect the following information:

*Strengths/Weaknesses

*Physical Capabilities

*Work Ethic

This all allows me to create a program specifically for each individual athlete I work with.

I've had the opportunity to train with kids ages K-12, as well as other professional athletes in and out of their season.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask yourself what your goal is. Whether it be playing at the college level, making your school team or even just learning basic fundamental skills. Whatever your goal is, make sure that any time you step in the gym pr show up for a session, that you are always working towards that goal.
