Each class we will run a series of basketball drills that will work on athletism fundimentals shooting dribbling & defense. Drills such the 3 man weave, knockout These drills  helps players develop quick shooting skills, helpful when a defender closes out on you in a game. It also develops speed, quickness and shooting under pressure with heightened sense of urgency. There where also be days where to where we touch up on film before we do anything! Our biggest thing here is energy ! If you dont put in the effort you dont see the results!

I have worked with students from the ages of 6 to 20

Never give up on your goals and you could never practice enough every day try to improve even if it's just the slightest improvement
