About La Var

Each athlete will be evaluated on their skill level and be provided with a specific workout. These drills will help you to excel on the basketball court. I will also help young students to understand the game better. You will be motivated to reach your max potential while training so please come to work hard.

I've learned that most young athletes are most likely to succeed when given the opportunity. So individual sessions are encouraged to refine and sharpen your basketball skills. Growing up myself I was able to improve my game through long hours of preparation year round. Through these efforts I was able to play basketball at the collegiate level and play against some of the best players. If your willing to learn and embrace this training -- you will improve and become a better all around player. Lets Work!!!!!

I began by realizing how I became the player I came to be which was through hard-work and repetition!

20+ years of competitive basketball playing and training. I also have coached for several years 18 and under.
