About Ronnel

H7 is the only complete basketball training program in San Antonio that offers customized fundamental skill enhancement coupled with strength & conditioning for the ultimate training experience. Not only do we have a passion to help our kids succeed on the court , we mentor & offer life lessons for them to take off the court as well.

I've been playing the game of basketball since I was 3 years old and I have been training kids since I was 19 years old.

My qualifications include :

HS: Texas 2A player Of The Year (2012)

College: Division 1 Athlete @ The University Of New Hampshire (2014-2016)

Pro: 1 year playing professionally in Spain's 3rd league. (2018)

Training: Impossible NBA Trainer Certification (2020)

I enjoy helping our clients reach their personal goals and the process it takes to get there. Nothing gives me more joy then our kids going out and dominating the competition after putting in countless hours trying to perfect their craft!

After graduating for Highschool I would always get a bunch of kids who were interested in training when I would come home from college during breaks. During these breaks I would begin training at 19 years old and I have continued to grow that training into our elite skill enhancement  program today.

I've training myself in this sport at a high level for well over 15 years. I also obtained a trainers certification through the Impossible basketball program.

I like to build a rapport to start so we can get to know eachother and to build a level of trust with my clients. Then I'll put you through a baseline workout to access your skills and see what areas of improvement are needed.

I've worked with all types of students: ones with little no skill , all the way to professional athletes. We specialize in turning a beginner and molding them into an elite athlete.
