About Stephen

I am a sports enthusiast! My goal driven passion for helping people improve upon their skill and become successful in whichever sport they choose is a rewarding result. My focus is for you to become the best you can be at your chosen sport.

Being a sports enthusiast and a former personal trainer having worked with several clients in my career I have been able to adapt innovative techniques to my training methods based on what I know and see as I watch athletes compete and succeed in their chosen activity.

I am new to this lessons app so I don't have many success stories yet. But my passion for sports and seeing athletes succeed at their desired sport is something I've always watned to do. I have always had a desire to coach so lessons gives me a playform to do what I've always dreamt of doing and becoming successful.
I have experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and have achieved successful results in helping my clients reach their fitness goals.
I was an athlete in school and still enjoy playing sports as often as possible.

My typical process on the first session is to get acquainted to see how well the student learns

Next I assess what their physical needs are and what their physical limitations are, if any.

Next I will use this assessment to recommend how many sessions it will take to avhieve uccessful results.

I hope to make each session a little but fun and enjoyable because sports can and should be fun and enjoyable even in the midst of competing.
