About Tre

College basketball experience as well as professional work overseas in Australia. Trained under a mentor who played 10+ years professionally in France, Germany, Israel.

I love being able to give back the knowledge that I gained while playing to other up and coming players. I know exactly what it's like to be in their shoes, and how incredibly helpful it can be if you meet with the right trainer who can help provide you with tools for success.

Working out with my own trainer I realized training is something I am passionate but also good at. I love to help give back to the game and pass the knowledge I've learned on to others.

I was overseas in Australia playing right before covid hit, once I came back I started to get into training.

1st session free of charge. I talk to my client and discuss what he/she wants to accomplish with their game. Try to get as specific as possible so I know what areas to pay more attention to. Depending on their skill level/experience playing, I'll tailor the workout to make sure it's challenging but not too advanced or too easy.

High school/college level students

Look for somebody who is focused and intentional about working for YOU. Not someone who is just going to put you through a basic workout they put every other one of their clients through. As a trainer I'm here to maximize YOUR potential, and everybody's game is different.
