About Hela

Hello! My name is Hela and I am the face of "Learning Made Easy". LME is a place where your child can join a world of educational fun. I will be sure to have your child engaged and understand thoroughly which ever subject they may have a little trouble in, all while having a little bit of fun!

A little about myself, I am 29 years old and currently residing in Mumbai, India! I just moved here from Los Angeles. My husband's work is here temporarily. This allows me to have more time to work with your child and give them the 1 on 1 attention to immerse into learning and understanding subjects.

I am proud to say that I recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sociology. I also previously worked in the medical field as a Sonographer. Given my background of education and work, I have mastered my social skills and have been exposed to working with all ages and ethnicities.

I have always loved being around kids whether it was to babysit them or to help them with their homework. Since I moved to India, I decided what better way to use my time than to help tutor kids?



In the past I have tutored kids starting at the age of 5 to 11. I only tutored for a short period of time (2 months) because I was in the middle of my studies for college and was unable to give my time to tutoring.

When working with a new student, I would like to first have 10 minutes or more of an introduction. I would want the student to get to know me and feel comfortable that way we can be productive once the tutoring starts.



I have worked with young kids starting at the age of 5. The eldest I have worked with was 21 which was more recently.



I would advise a student to first clearly understand which subject they need help with. Then based on their subject, they should look at teachers prior experience or even reach out to be sure if the teacher can fulfill their need before hiring.



In India, Indians celebrate a religious/cultural holiday called "Holi". I was lucky enough to experience this holiday. The tradition is you take powdered colors and throw it on each other until you are saturated with many different colors! The experience was quite amazing.
