About Marta
I am a health psychologist (col no .: M-31612), specialized in children and adolescents, and their families. I have more than 5 years of experience in intervention in developmental disorders, doing therapy in the office and at home, as well as working on excursions, camps and volunteers. Also, I have worked at a TEA specific special education college. Academic background: - Degree in Psychology from the UAM - Master in Child and Youth Clinical Psychology (ISEP) - Master in General Health Psychology (UEM). - Master in Teacher Training, with the specialty of Educational Guidance (UCJC). - Theoretical-practical training specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorder, carried out at CEPRI. -Other continuous training courses related to bullying and cyberbullying, special education and therapeutic pedagogy. I am a child and adolescent psychologist, with more than 5 years of experience working with children and adolescents, and with their families. I work on issues related to intra-family stress, norms and limits, living with adolescents. I work from the perspective of positive discipline, that is, all people, including children and adolescents, need limits that allow us to know what can and cannot be done in relation to other people. Limits do not imply anything negative, as long as they are expressed in the correct way and everyone feels listened to and taken into account. And this is therapy, helping you understand each other's needs and improve communication. My work style is close, as well as professional and specialized. At all times, you will feel accompanied during the therapeutic process, being able to solve any doubt that arises at any time of the therapy.
