I am an ACCA-qualified finance professional with an MBA in Finance and a strong passion for helping students achieve academic success. With extensive knowledge of accounting, financial management, corporate finance, investment analysis, taxation, and business studies, I provide clear, structured, and results-oriented lessons tailored to each student's needs. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to develop a deep understanding of financial concepts that they can apply confidently in their studies and future careers. About the lesson

As an ACCA-qualified finance professional with an MBA in Finance, my teaching approach focuses on building a strong conceptual understanding while ensuring students can apply their knowledge to real-world financial and accounting problems. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match the student's learning pace, academic background, and objectives.

My teaching method combines clear explanations of concepts, practical examples, guided problem-solving, and regular assessments. Rather than encouraging memorization, I help students understand the logic behind accounting standards, financial management techniques, investment decisions, financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and performance measurement. I also use past exam questions, case studies, and real business scenarios to strengthen understanding and improve exam performance.

A typical lesson begins with a review of previous topics and identification of any difficulties the student may have encountered. I then introduce new concepts using simple explanations and practical examples before working through exercises together. The lesson concludes with a summary of key learning points, practice questions, and recommendations for independent study.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my combination of professional accounting qualifications and advanced academic training in finance. My ACCA qualification provides strong expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and performance management, while my MBA in Finance adds depth in corporate finance, investment analysis, financial strategy, and business decision-making. I focus on making complex topics easy to understand and helping students develop confidence in solving exam and assignment questions independently.
