About Satya

Growing up, I started practicing meditation from 12 years old and received teachings of yoga and meditation. I have had many special experiences in my own life and found deep wisdom in this. I am also a certified yoga teacher and I have gained a lot of knowledge in my life.

About the lesson

First, we do a preliminary interview to find out what your goal is in your life or what you would like to improve or learn. Afterwards we will make a plan of action based on what your needs are and what you are looking for, we will translate this into practices to find your inner strength and integrate the lessons into your own life.

ik ken Satya of daniel al 10 jaar en hij is een erg barmhartig, integer en jofele gozer, waar ik vaak diepe gesprekken mee heb gehad en lekker gegeten, meditatie technieken van heb geleerd en samen mee wing tsun heb gedaan. Verder is hij open en begrijpt hij dat progressie voor beide partijen behaalt wordt, als er een twee werking is, dus een dialoog tussen beide partijen. Hij kan je ook als je in een dip zit altijd weer het positieve laten zien. Al met al ben ik blij hem mijn vriend te kunnen noemen.
