About Michael
I have always had a passion for teaching, and nothing makes me happier than seeing my students succeed. While I specialize in teaching English, I am also proficient in other subjects such as math and music. In fact, I love teaching guitar just as much as I love teaching grammar! My broad range of teaching experience allows me to connect with students on a deeper level and helps me to understand how to cater to their individual learning styles. Being able to share my knowledge and help students grow in a variety of subjects is what makes teaching such a fulfilling career for me.

As an English teacher, I understand the importance of an immersive environment for language learning. While I know a little bit of Korean, Japanese, and Spanish, I believe that the best way to learn a language is through an immersive environment where students are surrounded by the language they are learning. My lesson plan is designed to create this environment with activities encouraging students to use English in various contexts.
However, I also recognize that language learning can be challenging, especially for students who are just starting or struggling to keep up with the pace of the class. That's why I am uniquely positioned to help these students. While I am not fluent in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish, I can understand and discuss certain ideas in these languages. This allows me to communicate more effectively with students struggling with specific concepts or vocabulary.
In summary, my lesson plan is designed to be fun and effective, focusing on creating an immersive environment for language learning. While I am not fluent in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish, I can still help students who may be struggling by providing additional support and understanding of certain ideas.
