About Gabriel

With a First-Class degree in Psychology and Master's degrees in Human Resources and Law, I bring over 10 years of commercial recruitment experience across APAC and EMEA.

I have worked in talent acquisition for major multinational companies including Meta, L'Oréal and Philip Morris International, hiring and assessing candidates across 25+ countries. This has given me an insider's perspective on what makes a candidate stand out — and, just as importantly, what causes an application to be overlooked.

I am now a trainee solicitor at a City law firm, having successfully made the transition from a career in recruitment into commercial law.

I combine both perspectives to help students and professionals present their experience effectively, make stronger applications and perform with confidence at interview and assessment centres.
