About Bryan

I began being involved in sports at the early age of 6 when I was enrolled in a Football club. I then became a track and field athlete in high school up to my senior year in college. My events were mainly Pole Vault, Javelin, and Decathlon. I have won numerous medals including gold in inter collegiate competitions, and minor international meets. I was also ranked #3 Pole Vaulter in the Philippines during those times.

About the lesson

I am open to coach/train aspiring athletes in the right direction, from beginners, intermediate, to advance levels. I will guide you to increase your strength, speed, and overall performance. I have the right knowledge and technique I am excited to share with you.
