About JIM
Thirty years writing, twelve professionally, always interested in supporting creative literary expression. Twenty years in a healing profession, ordained minister, coach and carpenter with real life experience plus Author, Publisher, Book Seller and Screen Writer has delivered me to this platform.
When I was younger as a scratch baker, the highlight of the week was always the class room of students that would come through the bakery to learn their 10 minute's worth of how to make and bake, cookies.
Later in my 20's and 30's I was told I speak very well with ethnic people, because I understand their mannerisms along with their knowledge of words to make their points. Understanding a person trying to communicate is something that I am proud of having the level of attention to accomplish.
Often, other cultures can write very creatively in their native tongue and it only seems opposite translated to English. Then the writer feels inferior and they should not. We all learn our whole lives through.
