About Claire

I have been practicing yoga and meditation since 2014. After many trips to Asia, I went to teaching by passion for sharing this beautiful practice. Trained in India in Dharamsala and Thailand in Koh Phangan, I continue to train to always offer new things and support my students.

About the lesson

I am committed to offering a course that is perfectly adapted to the needs and level of the student. We therefore discuss in advance your expectations and objectives. Then, I accompany with benevolence and a great softness to allow an effective progression. A typical course: an anchoring time, warm-up, sun salutations, asanas, pranayama, and savasana with guided relaxation. Meditation on demand.

For groups, I apply a sliding scale: 2 students = 60 € or 30 / student 3 students = 75 € 25 / student 4 students = 80 € 20 / student 5 to 10 students: 15 € / pupil 11 students and more: 12 € / student Then 18 € from the 10th and +.
