About Kira

I am a native American English speaker with 10 years of professional teaching experience. Before moving into education, I worked as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of how professionals actually communicate. I completed my Master Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language in 2016 and since then I have worked as a full-time educator, teaching a wide range of students; from young learners to working professionals, helping them achieve their specific language goals.

I bring a professional, patient, and highly responsive approach to every lesson. I am always warm and non-judgmental, so you will never feel embarrassed about making mistakes. In fact, mistakes are where the real learning happens, and my classroom is a safe place to make them. I don't rely on generic textbooks or a rigid curriculum. Instead, I adapt every session to what you actually need that week, whether that means mastering meetings, writing better emails, preparing for interviews, or working on academic presentations.
