About Vidya

I have an experience of over 25 years, worked with the Big 4 consulting firms, and the largest corporate brands, helping them shape the talent management strategy. I have been a part of selection committees, both in universities as well as corporates, whether it’s a decision on recruitment, promotion or identifying high potentials I know it closely and I know what organizations look for.

A lot of times we have the skills, but the way we try and communicate about them creates a barrier between what we can truly achieve in life and where we are currently, this is true for students and working professionals. I have an experience of over 25 years with worked with the Big 4 consulting firms, and the largest corporate brands, helping them shape the talent management strategy. This experience will help you shape your confidence, your personal style while being authentic about yourself. In the space, I teach students to build confidence, crack, interviews (with universities and corporates), and for working professionals to rise through the ranks.
