About Emily
Hi! My name is Emily, you can call me Em, or Emmy if you'd like. I'm 17 years old, and I've worked with young kids to help them improve their reading and writing skills. My favorite colors are purple and blue. My favorite Disney movie is Lilo and Stitch.

We'll go over what you know, and build from that to reach your personal goals.
A typical lesson would run an hour, and we'll work together to create goals and work to reach them. I use a lot of visual aids, such as signs, objects, and images. I mostly work with Kindergarten and first grade level students, in reading and writing. I also cover a little math if needed. I am willing to work with people with mental disabilities, and I will be patient and understanding.
