My Approach and Teaching Methods
As a high school honors student passionate about math and English, my tutoring approach centers on engaging and interactive lessons tailored to each student's unique needs. I believe in making learning fun and relatable, using real-life examples and practical applications to deepen understanding. My method includes breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, ensuring students build a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced topics.

A Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous material to ensure retention and understanding. I then introduce new concepts with clear explanations and examples. Throughout the lesson, I encourage active participation, asking questions to stimulate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. We conclude with practice exercises and a summary of key points, leaving room for any questions the student might have.

What Sets Me Apart
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to relate to students as a fellow high schooler. I understand their challenges and can provide insights and strategies that have worked for me. Additionally, my experience in both academics and athletics (as a tennis player) has taught me the importance of discipline, perseverance, and time management—skills I impart to my students.

Who My Lessons Are For
My lessons are designed for middle and high school students who seek to improve their math and English skills. Whether you're struggling with algebra, and geometry, or need help refining your essay writing and comprehension skills, I am here to help. My goal is to boost your confidence and academic performance, preparing you for future success.
