The teaching methodology is in accordance with the wishes of the students, but from me there are the following choices: 1) attend the class and discuss the lesson, 2) learn online through whatsapp media and email.
Example making opinion:

After this time then all employees for the Bank should have degree from bachelor levels. Nowadays, partly of employment at the Bank should have post graduate certification. Or only the workers who have this certificate that have challenge to be promoted
