About Buyisile
My full name is Buyisile, but I prefer being called Buyi. I'm 28 years old Turning 29 this year. Single with no child but I'm currently raising my late sisters kids. I had deleveloped the love for teaching through my every day full time job (quality assessor). I listen and assess the company calls, emails, social media interactions and any other means of communication between clients and the company. I therefore arrange coaching sessions, individually with agents or in groups (departments). I always refer to my coaching sessions as lessons, more the same as teaching and this has made me want to teach as a profession.

I'm a young vibrant young lady. Up to stardard with what's happening and trending and therefore can apply such to make learning to be fun and rememberable. English is used as a primary language for means of communication globally. Knowing the basics with me could be like a walk in the park. My everyday full time job is to assess the quality of calls, emails and any other interactions between customers and the company. With that being said, I have proven experience that I pay attention to detail and can coach/ or teach one to the right direction. I'm basically a corporate teacher.
