About Cassee
My best talents in tutoring are helping students understand a topic and finding ways for them to enjoy practicing it. I private tutored a student on the Autism spectrum for more than two years and Homeschooled him entirely for one year. Some of the fun ways I found for him to master concepts were:
- Oral Reading Fluency: reading aloud in funny voices or accents
- Money: playing as the Monopoly game banker
- Keyboarding: a goofy sound plays every time you look down
- Multiplication: rolling dice and racing to come up with the answer
