About Liezel

I am beginning my journey as an English tutor, bringing 13 years of professional experience in business, customer service, and team support. As a business owner, I supported employees and managers across departments, developing communication skills that I can bring to practical, encouraging lessons.

I have completed Matric and speak both English and Afrikaans. My background is in business rather than formal teaching, and I do not currently hold a teaching certification.

My planned teaching approach is conversational and tailored to each learner’s goals. Lessons would include guided discussions, role-play, vocabulary practice, and constructive feedback to help learners build confidence.

My strongest areas are everyday conversation, workplace communication, customer-service English, and interview practice, drawing on my professional experience.

About the lesson

Ready to speak English with more confidence? Book your first lesson with me! We’ll focus on your goals—whether that’s everyday conversation, workplace English, or interview practice—in a friendly space where questions and mistakes are welcome. I also speak Afrikaans and can offer extra explanations when helpful. Let’s get talking and build your confidence together!
