About Antoniely

Soy Antoniely Cruz, tengo 28 años.

Mi mayor fortaleza han sido mis experiencias. Desde muy joven enfrenté situaciones difíciles: crecí lejos de mi padre, viví maltrato físico y verbal, y empecé a trabajar desde los 16 años. Durante un tiempo me sentí perdida, buscando validación y tratando de construir mi camino. He vivido en España, Alemania y los Países Bajos, intentando empezar de nuevo una y otra vez.

Hoy soy madre, madrastra y esposa, y he logrado crear la estabilidad que nunca tuve. Aprendí a transformar mis carencias en fortalezas.

He pasado por depresión posparto y un aborto, experiencias que cambiaron mi forma de ver la vida y me enseñaron lo importante que es tener apoyo.

Estoy aquí como prueba de que sí se puede salir adelante. Recomiendo buscar ayuda psicológica en casos necesarios, pero si necesitas acompañamiento real y alguien que te entienda desde la experiencia… soy tu persona de confianza.

No seré tu típica life coach. Seré tu mejor amiga, guía y soporte.

Esa persona que yo misma necesité en algún momento de mi vida. Desde pequeña soñé con hacer este trabajo; incluso llegué a crear una página en Wix llamada “Tu Cyber Amiga”. Hoy, ese sueño empieza a tomar forma, ya que recientemente me certifiqué.

Tengo experiencia acompañando procesos como rupturas amorosas, crisis existenciales, migración, grandes cambios de vida, pérdida de empleo, duelo por la pérdida de un ser querido, escasez económica, maternidad y depresión posparto.

No soy psicóloga, pero sí soy un apoyo real. Mi enfoque de coaching se basa en el acompañamiento cercano y en ayudarte a desarrollar la capacidad de reconstruirte y empezar de nuevo.

Piensa en esos momentos en los que sientes que no puedes más y necesitas una red de apoyo… ahí estoy yo.

Mi mayor propósito es ayudarte a reconectar contigo, volver a creer en tus habilidades y acompañarte a convertirte en tu mejor versión.
