My passion for teaching, coaching, and counseling isn’t just rooted in my studies or professional experiences—it comes from my own personal journey. Having experienced trauma myself, I understand the emotional, mental, and psychological struggles that come with it. I’ve faced the overwhelming challenges of healing, rebuilding, and finding strength after difficult experiences. This personal understanding fuels my passion for helping others who are navigating similar paths. What drives me to teach these subjects is the belief that those who have been through trauma are often in the best position to help others.
