About Martin
My professional background covers working in 4 different countries as well as extensive travelling. In this time I have gained invaluable life experience and studied meditation, kung fu, alternative living, I research eastern philosophy as well as spending about 20 years focusing on nutrition and wellness. I am healthy and engage in long distance running, mental conditioning, and regularly advise people on life hacks and ways to boost their way to success and happiness.
