About Martin

My professional background covers working in 4 different countries as well as extensive travelling. In this time I have gained invaluable life experience and studied meditation, kung fu, alternative living, I research eastern philosophy as well as spending about 20 years focusing on nutrition and wellness. I am healthy and engage in long distance running, mental conditioning, and regularly advise people on life hacks and ways to boost their way to success and happiness.

About the lesson

Regular meeting to assess progress as well as setting 'homework' that will be checked and discussed in the next session. I have a relaxed and friendly personality and use my personal experiences to guide the session using real life examples to set the agenda and offer practical techniques to solve your needs.
