About Nikoleta
I am a recent graduate from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Psychology and Language Sciences. I’m a native English speaker who grew up in London in a multicultural household with Lithuanian and Indian heritage, which gave me an early interest in languages, communication, and different cultures.
Alongside my studies, I have worked in student experience roles, supporting university students and helping them navigate academic and social life. Through this work I developed strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people build confidence in themselves.
I’m also passionate about travel and cultural exchange. I love meeting people from different countries, learning about new perspectives, and sharing languages and experiences. Because of this, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable speaking a new language and expressing yourself clearly.
My aim as a tutor is to create a friendly, relaxed environment where students feel confident practising English and improving their communication skills.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy travelling, exploring new cultures, and continuing to learn languages myself.

About My Lessons
My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping students gain confidence using English in real conversations.
My approach
I believe the best way to improve English is through natural conversation combined with clear feedback. During lessons we’ll focus on speaking as much as possible, while I gently correct mistakes, explain grammar when needed, and introduce useful vocabulary and expressions.
My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can practise English without feeling nervous about making mistakes.
Lesson structure
A typical lesson lasts 45–60 minutes and may include:
• relaxed conversation practice
• pronunciation and fluency work
• vocabulary building
• feedback and corrections
• discussion topics tailored to your interests
Lessons are always adapted to your goals, whether you want to improve everyday conversation, prepare for studying abroad, or feel more confident speaking English at work.
