About Libbey

I'm an Expert: My Legal Training is Your Grammar Advantage

You are right to demand expertise! My name is Libbey, and my passion for language goes beyond casual conversation. My unique teaching perspective is rooted in my formal training: I hold a Bachelor of Arts and attended law school, where I obtained intensive, advanced expertise in Advanced Grammar, Professional Writing, and logical sentence structure.

Why I Teach:

My professional career required me to draft, edit, and communicate with flawless accuracy. I teach because I want to give others the same advantage. I specialize in helping ambitious adults bridge the gap between casual English and the polished, articulate English required for professional success.

My Classroom Focus:

My goal-oriented methodology is built to deliver real results, turning my formal legal training into practical language mastery for you.

Business English: Mastering the vocabulary and tone for meetings, emails, and corporate environments.

Professional Writing: Developing clear, authoritative written communication skills.

Fluency and Confidence: Focusing on Conversational Practice tailored to your interests and career needs.

Cultural Communication: Leveraging my enjoyment of meeting people from around the world to ensure you understand cultural context and nuance in communication.

My commitment is to check in on your progress regularly, ensuring every lesson advances you directly toward your fluency goals. Let's start with a trial session and make sure your English is not just correct, but truly competitive.
