I have more than 17 years work experience. My last job I worked for 9 years as an Executive Personal Assistant. I am very patient with my students. I have a passion for English teaching. I love learning about other cultures. I want to share a useful skill of mine. I am excited about the flexibility. I love the idea of optimizing my time. When am teaching , my focus is always on the students. I want to to feel like they are an active participant in their learning rather than just a passive observer. To achieve this, I spend less time talking and instead ask the students many questions. This encourages them to think critically about the material and share their ideas and insights. I adjust my teaching style to fit the needs of each individual student and I am always patient and friendly when answering questions. I always gives feedback on my students progress so that they know how they are doing and where to improve, it helps students to be more engaged and motivated in class.
