About Anjeanette

I am a university student at UCSI University, Malaysia pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science. I graduated top of my class in both biology and chemistry scoring A+ for both subjects. I'm confident that I will help you understand difficult concepts in these subjects to the best of my abilities. English is my second language and I have an IELTS score of 8.0 scoring 9.0 in reading and listening, 8.0 in speaking and 7.5 in writing as well as had experience in joining debate and public speaking competitions. For those reasons, I am more than happy to teach biology, chemistry and english in all curriculums from primary to high school level given learning materials are provided.

I believe everyone has the potential to shine and takes the right guidance and practice to make them realize and perform at their very best. As a tutor it is my goal for every student to excel to the best of their abilities and unlock their full potentials prioritizing in learning and not just getting good grades.

I prioritize that my students can fully grasp and understand concepts over all other aspects as I believe that no question is impossible to solve with a strong foundation. Most of my students score above 85 in exams and if any are lacking behind their classmates I make sure that I give them more attention and explain differently if necessary for them to understand the lesson, however, I do encourage my other students to explain to their friends so they would have a stronger understanding of the concept. I understand that everyone has their own pace in studying and understanding and am willing to be patient and follow that pace to ensure the student's comfort and enthusiasm for learning. When tutoring and teaching, I would apply these same strategies alongside practice questions and quizzes to test the understanding of the students as well as have them explain the subject in their own words. I can also help with English assignments or public speaking preparations and other similar tasks. With these strategies, I believe that there will be improvement in the performance of the students.
