About Paloma
Hello! My name is Paloma. I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, but I’ve been practising for over 7 years. My journey with yoga began as part of therapy, where I learned to heal by listening to and connecting with my body. This allowed me to find balance in my own life, and it quickly became a path of self-discovery, healing, and growth. The benefits I experienced from yoga have transformed my daily life, and I haven’t stopped practising since. Realising how much others could benefit from it, I wanted to share what I love. My teaching style is a blend of mindful movement and breath awareness, designed to meet each student where they are. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where you can explore your potential, both on and off the mat. I hope you’ll experience the life-changing effects of yoga just as I did.
