About Millene

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, my path has been anything but linear. Since 2010, I have called many corners of the world home—from the architectural wonders of Astana, Kazakhstan, to the vibrant shores of Oahu, Hawaii. Ten years ago, I stepped onto a yoga mat seeking focus and awareness. What began as a personal practice soon transformed into a lifelong passion. Driven by the profound benefits I experienced, I traveled to Bali, Indonesia, to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). Now based in Quantico, Virginia I am dedicated to sharing the wisdom and balance I’ve gathered from around the globe with my community.
