About Aima

Having studied Aerospace Engineering at the Institute of Space Science and Technology (IST) and completed extensive projects in RC aircraft design, aerodynamics, and avionics, I have been tutoring GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics for several years. I specialize in exam-focused problem solving and have developed methods to make concepts intuitive and directly applicable to past papers and coursework.

I combine practical engineering experience with academic rigor, so students not only learn formulas, but also how to apply them under exam conditions. My teaching has consistently helped students gain confidence and improve marks quickly.

Beyond tutoring, I have led multi-disciplinary project teams in aeronautics, managed technical design challenges, and mentored peers in complex problem-solving and simulation using tools like XFLR5, MATLAB, and engineering modeling software.

I focus on clarity, step-by-step methods, and results, ensuring that students leave lessons not just understanding the theory, but able to solve any question thrown at them.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on building strong, practical English writing skills through clear explanations, guided practice, and personalised feedback.

I use structured methods for essay writing, creative writing, CV writing, and spelling improvement.

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes and includes quality homework.

With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I teach college and university students through engaging, supportive online sessions tailored to individual goals.

I’ve had the chance to work with Ms. Aima on STEM projects, and I can confidently say her ability to explain complex Maths and Physics concepts makes them instantly understandable. Her lessons are structured, interactive, and laser-focused on exam results, so students don’t just grasp theory — they learn to tackle past papers and tricky exam questions with confidence. I would highly recommend her to anyone preparing for GCSE or A-Level Maths and Physics.
