About FaFa

Growing up, I played
10 sports and fortunately made 3 to the national level, one of them earned me a scholarship. Since then, it has taken me (back home) to NZ, Canberra, (4 cities) of California, Tennessee, Atlanta, Germany and (very soon) China.
Today, those moments of hard work and dedication has given me opportunities and countless memories of being around world class superstars, amazing destinations and of course loving people!
I always encourage my athletes- do what you love and whatever that makes you happy.

As a coach...
-Individual/Group coaching mentoring for professional athletes to primary school beginners in basketball Swimming Track/running
-Strength & Conditioning running coach for various sport athletes (tennis, water polo, football, rugby etc.)
-FFLU Elite Academy Track & Field Director
-New Zealand Atheltics National Committee member, Hurdles Coach

As a track/running athlete (highest level only)..
-Australian schools Nationals competitor in hurdles, middle distance
-CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) competitor in 110m Hurdles, middle distance and cross country

About the lesson

I am a basketball/swimming/track and running coach who has deep experience in all three sports, willing to give private/group sessions, clinics or camps.
For anyone who wants to reach the next level (no matter if you are a pro or first day begginer), my sessions are hard! (Though I can alternate if needed)
I always make sure your time is not wasted, or I will go into overtime to correct your technique, even if it takes a day! You will get some of the most advanced drills in the world as I do this for a living and travel regularly because of this.

I see a bigger picture than just "a training session". I see kids who dreams that are not yet achieved. Maybe a semi-pro athlete trying to get to full time pro? Attitudes and discipline that can be carried onto life? Someone who needs a bit of extra physical or mental support though a workout?

PLEASE ALSO NOTE (complimentary service)... Because I love what I do so much and well connected- if I feel you are at the next level or have potential, I will use my directory to help you achieve scholarship, roster spots, placements in teams etc. If not, I will use all my skills and resources to help you develop and reach the next level (so maybe then you can achieve a scholarship).
You will also get free gear after 10 training sessions.
Even though I do this for a living, THIS IS MY LOVE AND PASSION- so I will never turn down anyone regardless the circumstance (family, background, financial)!
