About Crystal
I'm a professional writer who currently teaches college writing. I've taught SAT, ACT, and GED prep since 2006, and language and writing skills, particularly English grammar usage, since 2014. My students have experienced success in improved understanding of reading comprehension and writing skills, along with increased awareness of correct grammar usage for effective communication.

I'm a rather animated instructor, who is passionate about communicating effectively in writing so that there is clear understanding between reader and writer. I believe in creating daily teaching habits that will develop writing skills, much the same way lifting weights increases muscular abilities. I'm a stickler for excellent writing craft (grammar, punctuation, etc.), as that is necessary in order for writing content to be clear.
