About Yasmin

I am a qualified Primary School teacher originally from Hull. I struggled during my education with undiagnosed dyslexia and I am therefore committed to removing educational barriers for all of my students going forward.

I am passionate about equitable and adaptive teaching, believing that everyone should have the opportunity to have a great education.

I also like my lessons to be fun. You’re more likely to remember something if you had a good time doing it!

About the lesson

My lessons are exciting, engaging and adaptable. I can do anything from looking at your homework, to phonics practice, to essay practice. I believe that everyone has the ability to succeed with the right support.

I have experience teaching children with severe SEND so I understand that a mainstream class room is not always built with everyone in mind.

I’m very excited to work with you!
