About Retisha
My motto in life is..."pass on your knowledge". As an educator, I am able to pass on my knowledge to my learners so that it doesn't just develop them academically but also builds their character. I studied 4 years in a different city to obtain my Bachelor of Education. I lived alone. It was really eye-opening and I'd love to pass on my experiences and lessons to my learners.

Lessons should not be a one-way street. I believe that it is important that a teacher knows that learners already have the capacity to reach their full potential and it is the teacher whom guides them. In my lesson, I would get to know my learners, understand their preferred learning styles/methods and adapt my teaching to that. I'd love to use various creative tools in order to engage my learner with the material as well as be open to their interests and opinions.
