About Vital
I am a dedicated running coach with over 10 years of experience helping people of all levels achieve their goals. My background combines structured training knowledge with a passion for making running enjoyable and sustainable. Over the years, I’ve guided beginners through their first 5K and supported advanced athletes in achieving personal bests in the marathon. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt training to each runner’s lifestyle, fitness, and motivation. I believe in clear communication, practical strategies, and a supportive approach that builds both physical strength and confidence. Students can expect professionalism, motivation, and a clear path toward their goals. In addition to coaching, I’ve created a complete running course covering all four main racing distances — 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon — designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners. I built this program because I have firsthand experience in all of these distances myself, having trained and raced them consistently over the past decade. This combination of personal experience and structured programming allows me to provide coaching that is both practical and effective.

My method: I combine proven endurance training principles with practical tools like heart rate zones, pacing strategies, strength, and mobility work. Every session has a purpose — you’ll always know why you’re doing a workout, not just what to do.
A typical lesson: We start with a quick check-in on your progress and energy levels. Then I guide you through the day’s focus — this could be intervals, a long run, recovery, or strength training. I provide detailed explanations, feedback, and adjustments as needed.
