About Vanessa
I am a animator and family psychologist. I specialize in stress management and respiratory yoga to support people who are stressed by their daily lives by helping them relax through different breathing and meditation techniques. These techniques can be taught to children from the age of 12, adults and the elderly.

My methodology is person-centred, I take the time to discuss with my students and adapt the organization of the course according to each student and the pace of learning. Details
The course lasts 4 hours, it can be given in two sessions if necessary. It costs 90 euros including VAT with the contribution of meditation material and the course manual. Group prices are possible.
