I try to observe my students to know if they are fast learners or slow learners, that will help me decide on which approach to use for my students. I use different methods to tutor my students. sometimes, I use the teacher centered method, where I do most of the talking, some other time, I allow the students express themselves on what they've been taught, I also adopt the interactive/participative method.
