My name is Crispen Ndlovu, l am a professional Sushi Chef with a strong passion for cooking. I have worked with many professional chefs and I have acquired a great skill on top of my qualifications. I want to share my skills with people to help them either in starting their own company or for personal purposes

About the lesson

Learn sushi step by step from washing rice, cooking sushi rice, mixing rice with vinegar, learn how to cut vegetables for making sushi, learn how to to prepare prawns for sushi, learn how to cut fish, learn how to make sushi different types. I also do team building either for restaurants or private. I train staff how to manage a sushi bar and the keeping of sushi stock and fish
