She is intelligent and well read with lots of interesting tidbits of knowledge to share. She is patient and good at synthesizing data and simplifying things that are complicated. She has the ability to make everyone in a class setting feel included while appealing to all ability levels, personalizing the learning experience to each individual student and encouraging critical and creative thinking. She is also a kind and caring person who inspires her students by being passionate about her work and by being her best self.

I have known Abby personally for more than 10 years as a classmate, as a friend, and as a teacher to my two children. She is a creative and engaging teacher who cares deeply about her own learning and her students' experience with her.
