About Viviana

Hi there! I’m Viviana, a TEFL-certified tutor and international business professional passionate about helping adult learners speak English naturally, clearly, and confidently.

Whether you need English to advance your global career, navigate new international environments, or simply connect with people around the world without fear of making mistakes, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

Why Learn With Me?
I Understand Your Journey: Having lived, studied, and worked across Italy, Germany, and Australia, I have personally experienced the journey of mastering a language in multicultural environments. I know what it feels like to hesitate before speaking, and I know exactly how to help you overcome those blocks.

Solid Qualifications & Expertise: I hold a 120-hour accredited TEFL certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Consumer Science from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). My strong academic and corporate background allows me to bring real-world structure, professionalism, and practical communication tools into every lesson.

Proven Cultural Empathy: Having worked in student support at a school for foreign language learners, I have guided learners from diverse backgrounds through complex language and life transitions. I pride myself on creating a patient, encouraging, and non-judgmental space where you can learn freely.

What You Can Expect in My Classes
My teaching style is supportive, structured, and student-centered. We will focus on real, meaningful communication rather than rigid memorization. Together, we will build your vocabulary, refine your pronunciation, and practice functional dialogue tailored to your personal and professional goals.

I look forward to meeting you in class and helping you unlock the confidence you need to express your true self in English!

Welcome! If you are looking to move past traditional, boring grammar books and start actually speaking English with confidence, you are in the right place.

As a non-native speaker who has lived, studied, and worked internationally across Italy, Germany, and Australia, I truly understand the blocks and challenges you face because I’ve lived through them myself!

Teaching Approach & Methodology
Communicative & Practical: My lessons are 100% tailored to real-life speaking and practical tools that you can use immediately in your daily life or career.

Structured Learning: Using a balanced approach you'll master new concepts clearly and you will be able to apply them dynamically with guided conversation and task-based activities.

A Safe, Supportive Space: I focus heavily on reducing speaking anxiety, learning from mistakes, and building natural fluency so you gain the "superpower" of talking to anyone in the world.

️ Lesson Length & Format
Typical Duration: Lessons are typically 45 to 60 minutes, designed to give us enough time for a warm-up, targeted concept review, active conversational practice, and constructive feedback without feeling rushed.

Interactive & Customized: Every session is customized to your personal pace, interests, and goals—whether you want to improve professional communication, handle everyday situations, or polish your fluency.

Who My Lessons Are For
Audience: Designed primarily for adult learners and working professionals (as well as motivated teens aged 12+) looking to grow personally or professionally.

Levels: Suitable for multi-level learners—whether you are looking to build foundational confidence or refine advanced professional communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience
