I am a long term yoga guide, with experience working in NY City and Area for over 4 years. Strala yoga is a unique yoga style based on natural movement, ease, and basically, happiness. Without any prerequisite, Strala yoga helps people release stress, move easily through challenges, and live radiantly inspiring lives.
