About Mark
I’m Mark, a Creative Writing graduate of University College Dublin. I’m currently a book reviewer for both Children’s Books Ireland and Paper Lanterns.
In 2020, I was awarded Second Place in the NUI Dr HH Stewart Literary Scholarship in English. Two years later, I was an Irish Writers Centre Young Writer Delegate at the West Cork Literary Festival, where I was mentored by Irish author Danielle McLaughlin.
During college, I completed an editorial and PR internship at Paper Lanterns YA Literary Journal, which involved proofreading and editing poetry, short stories and feature articles for publication. I also have corporate experience of writing highly subscribed newsletters for diverse audiences.
