About Luca
My name is Luca, practical trail running at a semi-professional level. My greatest passion is sport for over twenty years, having practiced at a competitive level football, athletics, swimming, tennis, cycling, running and lastly trail running and ultra marathons. It is my intention to put at the service of all my experience and my ability to communicate and motivate, expanded in the field and with studies in various sectors of sport. from physiology to psychology. In 2019 I will officially become Trail Running instructor. In my palmares, the result of hard training, there are 2 participations in the Tor des Geants, both finished in the first 20 absolute, Lavaredo Ultra Trail, wins at the Monterosa Walser Trail and Adamello Ultra Trail, numerous placings around Italy in the Trail and Ultra Trail. All visible on the Itra Community site, If you are looking for a Coach with direct experience in the race in nature you can count on me, I will put at your service passion, understanding, method and mental assistance to achieve the objectives you are looking for. I will follow your scheduling competitions, assistance and weekly tables, care of diet and proper nutrition in the race, management of pre and post race recovery, motivational assistance, field trips together to find the right spirit pre-race.
