About Muh'minah

My name is Muh'minah Ryklief and I am 23 years old. Right now (at the end of 2023) I am finishing up with my fourth and final year at UCT. I have never taught an actual class before but I have many younger siblings (and some older ones) who knew they could rely on me for help when they needed it.
I am willing to learn from you as much as I hope you are willing to learn from me.
I am an introvert so I understand the difficulties that come with meeting new people, I can't promise that I won't be awkward at first but I can try.
I have taken multiple poetry seminars so I have a unquenchable interest and a firm grasp on what the poetry section of a high school textbook might look like (not to mention that I do remember what the poetry section in my own high school textbook looked like)
I have written many (too many) essays during my time at UCT, so I will have no trouble proofreading and helping you along, pointing out the areas in which you can improve, and showing you the areas which you already excel at.

About the lesson

Hi! Lessons will be exciting and will start off with you telling me what you need help with and the lesson will expand on that. And if you need help writing essays, I can do that.
Lessons will be in English and will expand upon many things taught in a typical English class.
